Sculpt is built privacy-first. We do not track you and use no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs and no tracking domains.
What stays on your device
Your 3D scans, sculpts, and exported models are your content. They are created and processed on your device. They are only sent off-device if you choose to: (a) run an optional Cloud job, or (b) share/upload a render to the community Showcase.
What we collect (only to make the app work)
- A synthetic account ID and purchase/credit records — to deliver what you bought (Pro, Cloud, credits) across your devices. Linked to your purchase, used for app functionality, not for tracking.
- Showcase uploads — if you upload a creation, its rendered image + title become public in the community feed. Your account ID is never shown publicly.
- Apple Pay — physical-print checkout (if used) is handled by Apple Pay; name and shipping contact flow through Apple for order fulfillment only.
Required-reason APIs
Per Apple's privacy-manifest rules, Sculpt declares: file-timestamp APIs (project history, shown only to you), disk-space APIs (pre-flight free-space check before large exports), and UserDefaults (your own app preferences). None of this leaves your device.
Camera
The camera is used only for the optional object-scan feature, and only while you actively scan. The app is fully usable without granting camera access.
Your choices & contact
You can delete projects and uploaded Showcase items in-app. To request deletion of any server-side records, email mitsi@uptrail.ai.
