Common questions
How do I make a scan printable? Open your scan (or a free demo) and tap Make Printable. Sculpt closes holes, removes floating fragments, and verifies the mesh is watertight — then shows a pre-flight report.
Can I scan with this iPad? Guided object scanning needs a LiDAR-equipped iPad or iPhone. On other devices, import a scan (OBJ, STL, PLY, glTF, USDZ) from any scanner app instead.
Why is my model the wrong size? Check the units readout in the editor — Sculpt works in real millimeters. Imported files with no units are assumed millimeters; you can rescale in the editor.
Is exporting free? Yes — exporting STL/3MF/OBJ/USDZ/GLB and basic print-prep are always free. Pro unlocks hollowing, advanced print-prep, unlimited projects, and the full fix-up toolset.
How do I restore a purchase? Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore Purchases.
How do I cancel Sculpt Pro? Manage or cancel the subscription anytime in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling during the 7-day trial costs nothing.
